Cuba is closed

As predicted last week, I am pleased to announce that I have finished the first draft of Cuban Heel, the fifth book in the Alex Cohen series. It is set in the 1950s and follows Alex as he journeys to Havana to help Meyer Lansky build Las Vegas in the Southern Hemisphere. Now all I have to do is read, re-read, edit, re-re-read until it is all shiny and then it’ll be time to hit the publish button.

The good news is that you can pre-order your copy either on my website or on the major sales platforms–you can access them via my site too. The book is not available yet in all locations for dull, technical reasons. What you can be sure of is that the novel will be released by the end of April and earlier if I am able to get everything ready in time, no matter what my blurbs might say.

The bad news is that, unfortunately, there is no single ‘publish’ button. If only it was that simple. First world problems, eh?
